Welcome to OMA Learns, an enhanced learning platform for members

OMA Learns is an enhanced learning platform that provides members with easy access to dynamic content and materials relevant to everyday practice.

OMA Learns provides members the opportunity to improve their knowledge base on a variety of topics including OHIP billing, practice efficiency, starting, running, and closing a practice, privacy and legal considerations, patient care management and more. With the ability to navigate through the system and access all OMA Learns sessions at your convenience, you can learn what you want and at your own pace.

How do I get access?

Accessing OMA Learns is as easy as signing in with your current OMA credentials (the same information you use to access OMA.org, the OMA mobile app, and MyAccount).

To log in, enter your OMA membership number (seven digits), or the email address used to log on to OMA.org. If you cannot remember your password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link to reset it. If you require additional assistance, please contact info@oma.org.

Yes, OMA Learns is fully accessible on a tablet or mobile device. You can access OMA Learns at any time through your browser. Once on OMA Learns, you can log in the same as you would on a desktop computer.  

Learning modules are separated into five categories – billing, patient care, practice management, starting your career, and closing your practice and retirement planning

Return to the course and at the end of the module you will see the CME certificate is available.  You can also navigate to the top right-hand side of your OMA Learns dashboard, click on your initials image, then select profile and then achievements.

Click on the initials image in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access the dropdown menu. Once there, click profile, then achievements.

Yes, recordings are available to members. Webinars will be uploaded a few days after the session has completed.

Yes. Go to the event calendar, which is located on the right-hand side of the home pageOnce there, click on the date of the webinar to view the event information and link to register.
