Peacefully passed at the Mill Creek Care Centre in Barrie on April 22, 2024, at the age of 97.
Beloved husband of Joanna (née Rainboth). Loving father of Ian (Bev), Brenda (Mike), Janet, Dave (Joanne) and Jim (Paula). Proud grandfather of Greg, Erin, Peter, Ryan, Kate, Rebecca, Leah, Kris, Scott, Brendan, Garrett and Rogan and great grandfather of nine. Will be missed by extended family members and dear friends.
In keeping with Al’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service has been held with arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie.
