Dr. Fulton died in the early afternoon of March 20, 2024, in the presence of his daughter Alandrea, wife Jan, and doctor and friend Dr. Larry Komer.

Born Nov. 7, 1937, at one pound, seven ounces in London, Ont., Dr. Fulton was a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Fulton was seeing patients the day before being admitted to the hospital.
Beloved husband and best friend of Jan Otrosina, dear father of Alandrea Fulton, brother to Donald William (Kathy) Fulton, uncle to Gwynne and Alayne, son-in-law to John (the late Myrna) Otrosina, and brother-in-law to Alan Otrosina.
