You can now submit CME Claims online. Please make sure to have all course or product details ready as you will require them to complete the claims process. Tracking your CME Claims

In addition to submitting claims, you can track the status of your online claim using the link below. At the end of your CME Claim Submission you will be provided with a Confirmation Number. Enter the Confirmation Number to view the current status.

CME Program Forms and Guidelines

To assist physicians who are unable to utilize the online claim submission feature, we have provided printable versions of the CME Program claim forms.

Visiting Speakers

The process for requesting funding assistance through the Visiting Speaker Program remains unchanged. The required forms must be printed and completed in full to be considered for approval.
